I joined Scuseme, to get someone to clean our conservatory roof and clear gutters and Nigel is great. I think your Scuseme site looks really good. I have various other things that need doing and will be looking on the site for people to do them. It's a great resource.

Our FREE membership is called our Matt and it allows you unlimited access to make enquiries to all the tradespeople listed under our main categories. Once you register with an email address you can access the site whenever you need to. There is no time limitation on your membership.

Does the FREE membership exclude any services?

The FREE membeship does not include access to our Emergency Service Support, offers, discounts and deals from our partners, or access to our bespoke search service. To use these services you must sign up for our Satinor Gloss member packages.

What support comes with the FREE membership?

With FREE membership your first point of contact will be with the tradesperson you are dealing with. We also provide online support via email. You can send a question and we will respond within 24hr to 48hrs. Satin and Gloss Membership entitles a personalised response within an hour.

How do I upgrade?

We have three membership options, just pick the one that is best for you and sign up. You have total control of your membership options when you sign in and view your dashboard.

Can I keep the details of the tradespeople you recommend?

Absolutely, we want you to find a trader for life. That is why we only invite local tradespeople to join.

How do I cancel my membership?

You are in control of your membership. When you sign in to your account, select Membership to manage all your account details including upgrades or the option to cancel.

How do I pay the tradespeople?

That’s between you and your contractor.

Can I have more than one membership?

We’re sorry but your email address entitles you to only one membership.
