Looking for Builders

We are hoping to move to a listed proerty on Fore Hill Ely, and need to know the all inclusive cost of remodeling the tearoom on the ground floor into a single Dance Studio before putting in an offer as our budget needs to include the building work. The issues to deal with are: 1) Levelling the ground floor – taking away the step. 2) Taking down an inner wall and getting rid of the tearoom side-kitchen to make one long space. 3) Putting in Glass doors at the end of the ground floor space leaing onto the garden.
