Looking for Architects

Enquiry:

I’ve moved into a 1930s house. It needs a fair bit doing starting with joining the kitchen/dining room. I want something eco-conscious and beautiful – maximising light, space, storage but I’m on a tight budget and will need to do it in stages with a geand vision to achieve. I’m looking for expertise in design and breaking down into chapters. Id hope it’s an exciting challenge. You’ll need to first explain what percentage of build architects charge.
