Looking for Renovation/Restoration
Enquiry:
We have an outbuilding at the back of our property which has been used as a workshop, a garage and now a storage area. It has electricity and plumbing in (including a bathroom). We would like to look into renovating it so it can be used as an additional living space. This might include insulating it, replacing doors and windows, flooring and renovating the bathroom. We would appreciate advice on what’s feasible and an approximate cost.
