Our client was renovating a cottage that originally had a very large bathroom that took too much space (it was the bigger than the kitchen).  They wanted to create a generous modern living/eating area and a small family bathroom.  It took a skilled builder to work with the space and deliver exactly what they wanted.  Not only did they get a modern bathroom, but our builder made best use of the space and was able to get a full sized bath as well as a shower in a space that was originally used for storage under the stairs.
